Items purchased on www.neox-dermacaree.com in the last 30 days.

[Not including items that are less than half full, free gifts and promotional items].

I received an order with the wrong product or missing items. What should I do?

My order arrived with a damaged item. What should I do?

It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear. However, if you received damaged items, please retain the packaging and all contents and email us as soon as possible at info@neox-dermacare.com.
